Terms and Conditions - Hotel Ferijalac

Welcome to Hotel Ferijalac. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hotel Ferijalac ("we," "us," or "the Hotel") and the person making the booking ("you" or "the Guest"). By making a reservation through our website, Sirvoy booking widget, or via any third-party platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Reservations and Confirmation

  • Booking Engine: All direct online reservations are processed via the Sirvoy booking system. A reservation is only considered "Confirmed" once you receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference number.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and identification details.
  • Age Requirement: The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro). Payments made at the hotel will be processed in BAM at the fixed exchange rate (1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM).
  • Taxes: Prices include VAT. The City Tax is charged per person per night according to local Sarajevo regulations (3 BAM per person per night) and will be charged separately at the hotel unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Guarantee: A credit card is not required to secure your booking. Depending on the rate selected, the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the card prior to arrival.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (14:00 local time) are free of charge.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel after the deadline or fail to arrive, the Hotel will charge a penalty equal to the cost of the first nightโ€™s stay.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 14:00. In accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport for registration in the official guest ledger (CIPS/SPS).
  • Check-out: By 11:00. Late check-outs may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

5. House Rules and Conduct

  • Smoking Policy: Hotel Ferijalac is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning fee of 200 BAM.
  • Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to maintain a quiet environment between 23:00 and 07:00.
  • Damages: The Guest is liable for any damage caused to the hotel room or property by the Guest or their invitees. We reserve the right to charge the Guest for the cost of repairs or deep cleaning, either during their stay or after prior to check-out.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed in the hotel, with prior notification and approval of the hotel management.

6. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: The Hotel does not provide in-room safes. The Hotel is not liable for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables left in the room or any other area of the hotel.
  • Service Outages: The Hotel is not liable for temporary outages of utilities (water, electricity, internet) caused by external providers or force majeure.

7. Termination of Stay

The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest immediately, without refund, if they:

  • Violate local laws or hotel house rules.
  • Engage in behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of staff or other guests.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be settled exclusively by the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.
